Sater Design Home Plans: 2017 Builder of the Year

Randall Mitchell Custom Homes has been creating stunning luxury custom homes in Naples Florida for years. It has been my privilege to work with Randy Kurtz and Mitch Melheim. Together we have created some incredible homes that I am very proud of.

It is always exciting to work with this team. Randy has such an expansive history in this area. His work can be found in Southwest Florida’s finest communities and neighborhoods. And Mitch’s passion for building the finest homes in this area, or anywhere, is unparalleled.

As a residential designer it can be difficult to find a builder that shares my own enthusiasm for the small details. That is why I am very proud to present Randall Mitchell Custom Homes with the Sater Design Home Plans Builder of the Year award for 2017.

It is always a pleasure to work with knowledgeable, passionate, professionals that take pride in their craft.  When I work with Mitch, I get as excited about the finished home as the client - maybe more so. I am very proud of the work we have done together and look forward to our next project.

The Anvard is an award-winning design that was built by Randall Mitchell Custom Homes. It is a single family luxury villa. It was designed specifically for a narrow lot. The small details like corbels and cast stone accents at the entrance make this Mediterranean style home worthy of all the awards it has gotten.

The Caspian house plan is another home built by Randall Mitchell. This European style luxury villa features an open floor plan as well as plenty of privacy. Designed to take advantage of narrow lots with rear views this homes lives much larger than its 3882 square feet. With concrete barrel tiles, decorative iron grilles, and Old-World stucco finish the Caspian feels like a villa straight out of Italy.

With 6136 square feet of living space, a four car garage, and an outside kitchen, the Stillwater is an impressive home. Filled with features, this stunning luxury  Contemporary home was fun to design. Randall Mitchell did an incredible job bringing this very large and detailed design to life.
