Windsor Court House Plan

The Windsor Court home plan is a classical modern masterpiece. It's towering entry with standing seam metal roof leads into a surprising courtyard that feels more like a tropical resort.

On either side of the entry of the Windsor Court plan, overlooking the courtyard are two detached casita-style guest suites. This is enjoyed from the master retreat sitting room and the master bath's tub, which is made a part of the courtyard via pocketing corner-less sliding glass doors.

Upstairs is a bonus room that can be used in numerous ways such as a game room, theater room or even an additional guest suite. It features a large viewing deck.
