Pulau House Plan

A lot of planning and design work went into this very special house plan. A request was made by a client in China, for a community just south of Shanghai. What sets this luxury golf course house plan apart is the many different style options it has.

Each highly detailed exterior, the Italian, French, as well as the Tuscan version are flawless in their execution. The additional design options for this floor plan extend all the way around the house. Each style is stunning to view from any angle.

The beauty of this house plan is not just skin deep. Incorporating the most desired features of a modern home was key to the success of this design. This amazing luxury house plan features incredible traits! They include: an open floor plan layout that connects the main living areas of the home, a kitchen that is central to the dining and leisure areas, and corner-less sliding glass doors that connect the indoor space with the outdoors.

This east-meets-west  house design does have a few interesting details. The Wok kitchen for example. While not a staple in the west this space can easily be converted to a very nice walk-in pantry. But further than that. We believe this home illustrates that good house design is universal.
