Trissino House Plan

Our Trissino home plan is both beautiful and functional. This home blends together classical architecture design with all of the demands and desires of 21st-century living. Sculpted masonry and a deeply recessed entry evoke the charm of a picturesque seaside villa, while circle-head windows and shapely pilasters establish an impressive street presence.

A stepped ceiling provides definition for a grand foyer that opens to the central interior. Designed to deliver a sense of welcome, the Trissino home maintains an airy, outside-in disposition throughout the interior. Massive striated columns form the inner perimeters of the formal spaces, and establish a natural theme that is reinforced by the use of myriad woods, polished marble and granite throughout the home.

The vaulted living room of the Trissino plan absorbs the scenery through a wall of glass framed by French doors that open to the lanai. To the right of the living room is a circular dining room, a wine cellar and a bar. Further down the hall is the gourmet kitchen. It has a large center island allowing for plenty of counter space. There is a round breakfast nook with windows looking out to the rear lanai. The leisure room completes the open concept feel of the area.

The entire left wing of the Trissino plan contains the master retreat. The master bedroom has a separate sitting room. The master bath has a large walk in shower behind the oval soaking tub. There is even a separate exercise room. The Trissino home plan has 7209 square feet of living area, four bedrooms and four and 1/2 baths. Finally, the house plan sits on a slab/stem wall foundation.
