Chantel is a luxury, farmhouse home plan. The floor plan features 1822 square feet of living area and offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Chantel is available with a basement foundation. When you enter the covered front porch through a stunning, recessed stone arch, you will know that Chantel is something special. Mixed siding and shutters adds an extra level of charm to the home. Inside Chantel, a foyer leads to an enclosed study on the right and then opens to the home's living room and dining room. The dining room and living room feature a dramatic vaulted ceiling.
