Introducing our Gilbert home plan. This lovely modern farmhouse plan with its crisp white siding, vertical board and batten details and black framed casement windows makes for a striking home design. It is based on our ever-popular Bayberry Lane plan with the inclusion of a bonus room over the three-car garage. The powder bath is made into a full bath for those occasional sleepovers of grandkids. It has a door onto the patio for use as a pool bath as well. The Gilbert contains 2587 square feet living area and an additional 469 square feet in the bonus room above.

The popular split plan has the master suite on opposite ends of the guest suites. Each one of them are tucked away for privacy and comfort. The expansive great room is open to the island kitchen, nook, dining room and foyer. The great room features a brick fireplace with matching built-ins on either side. The kitchen features a generous walk-in pantry and 10’ island bar counter.

The master suite has direct access onto the veranda, and has his/her walk-in closets. The master bath features a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Nearby is a home office that can be opened onto the great room via double doors.
