Heathcliff

The Heathcliff home plan is a thoroughly modern plan with Texas Hill Country sensibilities. With its alternating brick and cobblestone wall accents as well as rough sawn wood posts, it has a definite southwest flair. The wood brackets support metal roofed awnings for sun control and the corbeled gables sport vertical louver vents. This is a very striking home from any angle.

The main living level of this courtyard home plan features a front porch for rockers and guests. Upon entering the courtyard, a semi-detached Cabana guest suite with private bath is located to the left. The connecting covered area leads to a main Foyer as you pass the courtyard. One enters the Master Suite off of the Foyer as well as the Game Room or potential home office. The Master Bath features large walk-in closets, garden tub, spacious walk-in shower and double vanity.

To the right is the home’s central living spaces. The island Kitchen with walk-in pantry provides ample space for meal prep or family buffets. Beyond is the coffered ceilinged Great Room and bayed Dining Room. The Great Room features a fireplace and the Dining large windows that overlook the courtyard beyond. In the distance is the staircase that leads to the guest rooms above and gallery to the garage, utility room and powder bath. There is a large walk-in storage closet there as well. The garage is an oversized two-car with 18’ wide door. Also off of the gallery is an elevator for accessibility to the second floor.

The second floor features two guest suites, one with ensuite bath, a common loft and bath and an overlooking balcony and deck. The front suite has a private balcony as well. There is also an ample mechanical room.
