Isabella House Plan

The Isabella plan has Rococo elements that frame the elaborate double portico. This lends contrast to rugged stone accents and a rusticated stucco facade. A symmetrical arrangement of fanlights and tall windows play counterpoint to varying roof lines and contemporary twists to classic lines. The paneled entry of the Isabella plan leads to a two-story foyer that opens to the formal rooms defined by arches and columns.

Smooth stucco walls inspire an authentic feel throughout the interior, warming the wide-open spaces. To the front of the Isabella plan, a secluded study or library boasts access to a private portico. Behind the stairs is a secluded wine cellar, perfect for those extra bottles of wine that need to be securely stored.

The kitchen of the Isabella plan is open to both the breakfast nook and leisure room. This open concept allows for entertaining guests and family. There is a large walk in pantry for storage. The center island provides extra counter space for prep work. Private zones frame the rear loggias.
