La Coruna House Plan

The La Coruna home plan is a spacious two story retreat. This contemporary layout is a study in proportion and scale. Voluminous ceilings present themselves in vaulted, sloped and stepped forms. An open, spacious layout merges the indoor living space with the outdoor living space by simply retreating the sliding glass walls. Entertaining is easy with the addition of an outdoor kitchen.

To the left of the foyer is the kitchen and breakfast nook. The kitchen of the La Coruna plan has a large walk in pantry and a spacious center prep island. The breakfast nook is just off the kitchen and looks out to the rear covered verandah. To the left of the kitchen is a private guest suite with bath.

The La Coruna has a beautiful master suite on the main floor. The master bedroom has French doors that open to the rear covered verandah. There are his and hers walk in closets. The master bath has separate vanities, each with a sink. The walk in shower and soaking tub overlook the private master garden. Upstairs in the La Coruna is a private guest suite with private bath. With vaulted ceilings, the upstairs appears larger.

There is a loft area that can be used as a media room or even as a man cave. The utility room leads out to one of the two garages. It has two bays and just out of the garage is a motor court. There is another single car garage on the other side of the motor court. The La Coruna plan has two stories with a total of 4398 sq. ft. of living area, three bedrooms, and three and 1/2 bathrooms.
