Mallard Ridge House Plan

The Mallard Ridge is a lovely Victorian country style house plan. Decorative vents and fish-scale trim are just a few of the charming details to be found in the Mallard Ridge plan. The front porch is the perfect place to rock in the rocking chairs while reading a good book and sipping on a cold glass of tea. The Mallard Ridge plan features an open kitchen with large pantry and breakfast nook. There is a curved bar overlooking the family room. It provides extra seating for the family. The spacious family room is flanked by a wet bar and built-in entertainment center.
