Manchester House Plan

The Manchester home plan is a perfect example of a modern Farmhouse. Classic hipped rooflines, twin dormers and graceful slump arches adorn the country estate called the Manchester. Inside, the open nature of the floor plan allows fresh breezes to move freely through the dining room to the living room, kitchen nook and leisure room. Each room leads smoothly to the next past hand-crafted pillars and through elegantly arched doorways.

Retreating glass doors further extend the living space outward, providing a seamless connection from the leisure and living rooms to the lanai. The kitchen has a large center island providing additional counter space. There is also a walk in pantry which offers plenty of storage. Beyond the kitchen is the breakfast nook with windows overlooking the lanai. The leisure room is conveniently located close to both the kitchen and nook which is perfect for entertaining.

The Manchester master suite encompasses the entire right side of the home. The master bedroom has French doors that open to the lanai. Leading from the bedroom are the two walk-in closets. The master bathroom has a lovely Whirlpool soaking tub with garden windows looking out to the private garden. There is a separate walk in shower, and two separate vanities. There is a combination pool/powder bath leading out to the lanai.

Each of the guest bedrooms offers a walk in closet. Bedrooms one and two share a Jack and Jill bath, while the third guest suite has a private bath. The Manchester Home Plan has 3331 square feet of living area and there are four bedrooms and three and 1/2 bathrooms. The Manchester home is available in a slab/stem wall foundation.
