Mirella House Plan

Our Mirella home plan offers a distinct Mediterranean inspired exterior that is complemented by a soft contemporary interior. This combination yields elegance with a sophisticated, yet relaxed lifestyle. This Mirella great room floor plan with enclosed Florida Room affords it's owners an expansive living and entertaining space. There is a fireplace in the Florida Room with built-ins on either side. With a wall of sliding glass doors, the open floor plan of the Mirella is perfect for parties or family gatherings.

The Mirella's large island kitchen is front and center to all activities in the home. It is in close proximity to the garage via a family valet with built-ins to place those purses, keys and other in-transit items. The kitchen features a large walk-in pantry and center island. An adjacent optional dry bar is located close to the great room. The ample size utility room is large enough for a wash tub and folding table. It is nearby as well.

Mirella's master suite features his/hers walk in closets providing ample storage. The master bath has double vanity sinks with a spacious walk- in shower. The two guest suites are located off the foyer. One has a private bath and the other shares a bath with public areas, but can be easily incorporated for private use.

A study is conveniently located off the home's great room. Double garages serve to provide space for three vehicles. There is enough room left over to add a work bench and more storage space. The Mirella home plan has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It has 3083 sq. ft. of living area and a slab/stem wall foundation.
