Monte Rosa House Plan

Varied rooflines command a powerful street presence in the Monte Rosa Tuscan style home plan yet it conceals an enchanting courtyard. The groin-vaulted portico opens to the courtyard and loggia leading to the formal entry of the home. Inside, the foyer opens to the grand room and, through an arched opening, to the formal dining room. Glass bayed walls in the central living area meld interior and outdoor spaces, and the dining room leads to a loggia.

To the front of the courtyard in the Monte Rosa plan, a casita offers space that easily converts to a home office. The gourmet kitchen of the Monte Rosa has that open concept feel as it opens to the breakfast nook and leisure room. The wraparound bar has plenty of room for barstools. There is a spacious center island providing plenty of counter space. There is a large walk in pantry for those small appliances and canned goods.

The master suite is the perfect retreat for the owners. There is a beautiful stepped ceiling in the master bedroom.
