Morningside Court House Plan

This small, luxury home plan, the Morningside Court is designed in a Mediterranean style. The dynamic open foyer directs traffic to the lavish great room, with a high, coffered ceiling, cozy fireplace and French doors that lead to the veranda. The fireplace warms not only the great room but also the dining room and foyer. There is an outdoor kitchen in the rear covered verandah which is just off of the breakfast nook. It offers plenty of space for entertaining friends and family.

The formal dining room of the Morningside Court plan is framed with arches and columns. The kitchen has a large walk-in pantry and a nook that overlooks the rear yard landscaping. The Morningside Court plan has the open concept design that is so desirable. There are two bedrooms that share the hall bath.

The master suite of the Morningside Court is located on the opposite side of the house. It has a separate private access to the rear verandah. The master bathroom has dual sinks for the owners, a large walk-in closet, an oval whirlpool soaking tub and a separate corner walk in shower. The master bedroom suite has a tray ceiling and French doors that lead to the veranda.

There is a utility room down the hall that is large enough to include a wash tub and folding table along with the washer and dryer. The utility room leads out to the two car garage. There is an optional drop down staircase that leads to the attic over the garage.
