Classic country home beauty surrounds Myrtlewood a narrow lot house. This home plan has 3713 square feet of living area, three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Myrtlewood boasts a variety of unique features with an innovative layout.

The formal, two-story foyer is flanked on either side by double doors that conceal a formal dining room and a study. A wet bar adjacent to the stairs easily serves the great room. The great room with a cozy fireplace beneath a coffered ceiling makes this room extra welcoming. The spacious kitchen hosts two islands, center cooktop island and an eating bar island.

Rounding out the first floor of the Myrtlewood is a convenient powder bath and a casual dining nook. Multiple rooms connect with the wraparound veranda through single and double glass doors. A butler's pantry provides easy movement from the kitchen to the dining room. Plentiful storage for serverware both in the built-in cabinetry and in the under-stairs closet is available.
