Nichols House Plan

The Nichols home plan is the perfect size home for a family just starting out. This home's charming curb appeal comes easy with crisp trim, shutters and an arched entry porch. The spacious central great room of the Nichols home plan serves as a hub for family gatherings. Step ceilings and French doors leading to the rear patio add to the room's appeal.

A galley kitchen of the Nichols plan offers an eating bar and is open to the dining room. There is plenty of counter space and lots of cabinets for storage. The great room is large and open to both the kitchen and dining room. Entry to the Master bedroom is accessed through the rear of the Great room. A spacious walk in closet provides plenty of room for storage. The master bathroom has a double vanity, walk in shower and large Whirlpool soaking tub.

Two additional bedrooms round out the Nichols plan. They are shared by a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The garage is a front load two bay garage. It has an attic access with optional pull down stairs. There is a door leading into the utility room which contains the washer and dryer and large wash tub.

It is 42 feet wide by fifty six feet deep. The total area under roof is 2084 square feet.
