Royal Marco House Plan

A wraparound porch, paned windows and stately columns enhance a prominent entry to the Royal Marco home plan. Upon entering the foyer, the dining room is to the left and the study is to the right. Stately pillars circle the great room. The Royal Marco plan has a two story open ceiling in the octagonal center room. The fireplace is also located in the great room and warms the entire area.

The kitchen, dining room and study are all located just off of the octagonal great room of the Royal Marco plan.The kitchen has a large center island for ample counter space. There is a pass-thru leading out to the lanai. This is a great set up to entertain friends and family.

The master suite rounds out the first level plan of the Royal Marco floor plan. The master bedroom offers French doors out to the rear lanai.
