Seagrove Lake House Plan

Seagrove Lake is a spacious traditional neighborhood design house plan that offers sprawling outdoor living spaces. There are multiple open and covered decks, including an outdoor fireplace. The foyer of the Seagrove Lake floor plan leads to the living room and dining room on the right. To the left is a spiral staircase. Further down the hall is a powder room and elevator on the right.

The first floor of the Seagrove Lake boasts both an open concept indoor kitchen and an outdoor kitchen.The kitchen is open to the leisure room and circular breakfast nook. The kitchen has a large center island for additional counter space. Leading from the kitchen are arched openings to the leisure room which boasts a warming fireplace and built ins. This is the perfect setting for entertaining guests or family.

The rear solana of the Seagrove Lake has both an outdoor kitchen and an outdoor fireplace. The verandah stretches the entire length of the first floor. There is a three car garage at the rear of the home. The upper level leads to two guest suites with private baths.

The master suite opens to a private sun deck. There is a circular sitting area that looks out to the sun deck. The master bathroom has two separate vanities with sinks. There is an oval tub and separate walk in shower.

A top floor club room provides casual family living space with a wet bar to keep snacks close at hand. The Seagrove Lake opens to a circular balcony and an observation deck. At the other end of the floor is a study with bath which could easily be converted to a fourth bedroom. This plan offers 4246 square feet of living area, three bedrooms and four and 1/2 bathrooms.The house plan sits on a crawlspace foundation.
