Somerville House Plan

The Somerville is a quaint French Country style home plan. Find simple sophistication in the pyramid-shaped hip roof, decorative arches and tapered columns of the Somerville facade. Louvered shutters, clapboard siding and decorative trim complement a brick chimney topped with a metal roof cap. Inside, the considerable great room, formal dining room, kitchen and nook all make for an open, flowing quality.

A built-in fireplace and cabinetry, multiple sets of French doors, a handsome study and private master suite are all prominently featured in the Somerville home plan. Open rooms, French doors and specialty ceilings add an air of spaciousness throughout the home.

To the right of the entry, an open formal dining room provides dazzling views and an ambience of elegance and comfort. The coffered ceiling in the dining room adds to the elegance.
