St. Lucia House Plan

The St. Lucia house plan reflects a distinctively modern West Indies styling - slate tiled, hipped rooflines with bracketed eaves and smooth stucco wall finishes. However, this is a thoroughly contemporary home plan with every modern convenience.

The grand Portico leads directly into the Foyer. The Great Room with its 10’ high pocketing sliders, 13’ high stepped ceiling and linear fireplace/TV certainly impresses, yet lives well.

Immediately to the right is the wonderfully spec’d gourmet Kitchen with its 12’ island counter. It also features a coffee bar with built-in coffee maker and has a spacious pantry conveniently located nearby.

To the rear of the Kitchen is the Dining Room, featuring a dramatic corner-less sliding glass door system and adjacent wine cooler.

Accessed just off the Dining Room is one of two bedrooms, guest bath and study/home office. The Study offers incredible views to the rear of home. The guest bath has direct access to the guest suite for private use.

On the way to the three car garage is the pantry, utility room with dog wash, and the second guest bedroom. It features a walk in closet and private bath.

To the left of the home is the Master Suite. It is accessed off of the Foyer via a double door to the Master Foyer. The Master Suite looks out onto the Veranda and has a large walk in closet. The Master Bath contains a free standing tub with glass walled backdrop (shutters are suggested, but optional). It has a spacious walk in shower and private water closet with linen storage.

The Veranda is highlighted by an outdoor fireplace/TV wall and the Patio area features the outdoor kitchen for your grilling pleasure.
