Our Inspiration home plan is modern luxury at its finest. Its stepped flat roofs and soaring gables make for a contemporary masterpiece. This one-story home design allows for views from every room. Its split layout grants the owners complete privacy in their secluded Master Suite. The Inspiration’s stuccoed walls with stone columns and accents give it a sense of warmth and richness. It is easily at home on the beach, a lake or on a mountaintop setting.

Upon entering the expansive ceiling in the Foyer, one is immediately greeted by the view beyond via the Great Room. To the left is a full-service wet bar that is strategically located center stage for entertaining. To the right, a glass walled wine cellar for convenience and show. The Kitchen, Dining and Great Room are all open to one another and the views. The spacious island Kitchen has an adjoining butler pantry and walk-in pantry. Directly beyond these areas is the large outdoor Veranda with soaring vaulted ceilings and outdoor kitchen. Entertaining large gatherings are no problem for the Inspiration to accommodate.

The right side of the home contains a separate powder and pool bath for guests. Beyond that is a private Study/Home Office for attending to unfinished business or hobbies. The Master Foyer then leads into the Master Suite with a divider/bed wall for watching sunsets in bed. A private Solana is off the Master and features a vaulted ceiling and stone fireplace for those chilly nights. The Master Bath features his and her walk-in closets and vanities. A free-standing soaking tub is placed between the walk-in shower and water closet.

The left side of the house features two spacious Guest Suites with ensuite baths and walk-in closets. Both suites have views to the rear as well, one directly onto the Veranda. The home is entered from the four-car garage through an expansive Utility Room with craft island.
