Sondrio House Plan

The Sondrio house plan is a small, luxury Mediterranean house plan. It has a striking portico entry. Arches and stepped ceilings define the space of the Sondrio plan. It has step ceilings in both the living room and master bedroom. Multiple arched windows and varied rooflines add interest to the facade, while a smart floor plan gives style and function to the interior. Upon entering, the foyer leads to the dining room on the left and living room directly ahead.

The master bathroom of the Sondrio boasts a double vanity, walk in shower, and whirlpool soaking tub tucked away in its own nook in front of the bathroom. A spacious master retreat is tucked away from the secondary bedrooms and common living area, ensuring privacy and solitude. The master suite has a walk in closet, while the other two bedrooms have wall closets.

The kitchen of the Sondrio plan, open to the sizable leisure room, has plenty of counter space. Uniquely angled countertops and an island enhance the kitchen. There is a spacious walk in pantry for additional storage space. There is also a convenient eating bar. Glass doors and windows brighten the adjoining leisure room and bayed breakfast nook.

Retreating glass walls access the veranda from the leisure room, living room, and master bedroom. The left wing of the home contains two secondary bedrooms and share a hall bathroom. The utility room leads out to the two bay garage. There is access to the attic via optional drop down stairs. The Sondrio home plan has 2010 square feet of living area. It offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is available with a slab/monolithic foundation.
