Sonora House Plan

A combination of Southwest and Spanish architecture, the Sonora is a unique house plan that offers 3790 square feet of living area, four bedrooms and three and 1/2 bathrooms. Upon entering the foyer, the study is to the left and the dining room is to the right. The dramatic dining room of the Sonora plan opens to a beautiful stepped ceiling. To the left, the study has a beamed ceiling. Just ahead, the living room is an inviting place to relax by the fireplace. It has a stunning coffered ceiling.

A wet bar and entertainment center is conveniently located in the living room. The sliding glass doors from the living room in the Sonora plan lead out to the rear veranda. The Sonora has a unique kitchen that supports gourmet meals and snacks to be enjoyed in the sunny nook. There is a large center prep island with plenty of counter space and a spacious walk in pantry to store small appliances and canned goods as well as dry goods.

An entertainment center separates the leisure and game rooms. The leisure room has an octagonal stepped ceiling. It is adjacent to the game room but the game room can be changed to an optional 4th bedroom. The rear guest suite offers a private bath and access to the veranda, featuring an outdoor grille. For the ultimate in luxury, the entire left wing contains the master suite. It is peerless with its light-filled sitting area. The angled bedroom has a lovely stepped ceiling.
