Esperane House Plan

The Esperane is a beautiful Mediterranean home plan. It has 2654 sq. ft. of living area, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. A slump-arch ceiling defines the elegant entryway into this luxurious family home. The living room is charming, with a fireplace surrounded by built-ins and disappearing glass walls to the loggia. The ceiling in the living room of the Esperane is a striking stepped ceiling.

Arches lead from the living room into the other areas if the home. The nearby kitchen of the Esperane plan has a large center island for additional counter space. A wraparound bar overlooks the family room. It has plenty of room for bar stools for additional seating. The walk in pantry offers plenty of storage space for canned goods and small appliances.
